About the Role We are seeking a driven and strategic Account Executive to join our growing team, focused on selling our suite of EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety), Lone Worker, Crisis Management, and Chemical Management software solutions to mid-market organisations.The Account Executive will be responsible for expanding existing SMB customer accounts while also acquiring new logos within defined industry verticals. Working with a diverse range of safety-conscious companies, they will help streamline compliance, protect workers, and address environmental and operational risks.This role is primarily focused on SMB customers, with occasional opportunities in the mid-market segment. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume sales environment—prospecting, making outbound calls, and generating new opportunities—turning cold leads into closed deals.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing, primarily in the SMB segment (typically 50–500 employees)Drive new customer acquisition through outbound outreach, networking, and inbound lead follow-up.Achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on deals with an AOV of £10k–£15k.Deliver tailored product demos, proposals, and ROI/business cases to stakeholders across safety, operations, and compliance.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., EHS, Operations, and Compliance leaders).Develop a deep understanding of each client's environment and challenges in areas like worker safety, chemical management, crisis response, and regulatory compliance.Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to support effective onboarding, retention, and feedback loops.Keep CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Gong) up to date with accurate sales activity and pipeline data.Share insights to inform go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning for the SMB market segment.What we're looking forIdeally have, 3+ of experience in B2B software sales, with a focus on high-volume outbound selling.Background in selling SaaS solutions; experience in EHS, compliance, or workforce safety software is a strong plus.Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets across both new business and account growth.Skilled in consultative selling and engaging a range of stakeholders across business and technical roles.Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities.Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar).Our BenefitsWe offer a variety of global benefits which are listed below!
