About the position: Velosio is looking for an Account Executive to be an integral member of the Sales Team. As an Account Executive at Velosio you will be responsible for generating revenue by acquiring new strategic account sales by focusing on selling Velosio solutions and services. The Account Executive will be expected to build upon a network of lead generators, drive individual alliance network, and drive new prospect introductions to identify new opportunities. Your day might look like: <ul><li>Meet established sales quotas and revenue goals on a consistent basis.<ul><li>Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business.</li><li>Initiate contact to identify and qualify new revenue opportunities.</li><li>Follow up with prospects to review proposed solutions and pricing, determine project start dates, and obtain signed contracts.</li><li>Lead negotiations, coordinate decision-making process, and overcome objections to close sales in a timely manner.</li><li>Consult with prospects and clients to assess their business needs; Introduce Velosio Cloud solutions and strategy to prospects.</li></ul></li><li>Acquire and maintain product knowledge to support products and services</li><li>Work with fellow Team Members from the Velosio Delivery Practices and solution architects as needed to identify each prospect’s business needs/expectations and to develop demonstrations and presentations, generate reports, and gather data as needed to support the sales process.</li><li>Manage contacts and sales activity and be able to accurately forecast via internal CRM system in an accurate and timely fashion.</li><li>Participate in and/or lead various business development and marketing events involving prospects/clients.</li><li>Network with fellow professionals and drive your own pipeline.</li></ul> What you'll bring: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business, MIS, IT, or related field</li><li>5 years of Office 365, and/or 2+ years of ERP, CRM,or software applications sales experience</li><li>5 years of experience in outside sales</li><li>Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office solutions</li><li>Strong listening and investigative skills to identify client problems</li><li>Strategic thinking and ability to develop solutions from a stated problem </li><li>Written and oral communication skills including, but not limited to, leading presentations, creating reports, etc.</li><li>Client-service focus including solid judgement, ethics, and professionalism</li><li>Experience in selling to C-level</li><li>Experience working in quota driven sales environment</li></ul>You might also bring: <ul><li>Experience working for a Microsoft Partner organization</li><li>Knowledge of ERP, Cloud, CRM, and SaaS solutions</li></ul> Who we are: At Velosio, we focus on what matters most - our people.
