You will join a collaborative and supportive team that works across region to develop solutions that enhance product performance while supporting sustainability goals.<br> </p><p><b>The Role & Your Impact:</b></p><ul><li>Account Management: Manage active customers in Meat & Prepared Foods industries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention;</li><li>Relationship Building: Establish and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at major customers and prospects.</li><li>Sales Coordination: Lead and coordinate sales projects and opportunities in collaboration with Technical and Marketing teams. Negotiating contracts and commercial agreements using in depth product, pricing, industry, and competitive knowledge</li><li>Innovation Leadership: Act as the customer focal point for new solutions and innovation projects, driving value creation.</li><li>Strategic Alignment: Implement industry strategies for the region.</li><li>Market Development: Identify new prospects and opportunities in Brazil, ensuring maximum and efficient market coverage.</li><li>Growth Delivery: Contribute to the growth and penetration of biosolutions, meeting annual sales targets</li><li>Financial Accountability: Analyze financial results against targets, develop action plans, sales estimates and deliver on overall annual sales budget</li><li>The role is a mix between operational, tactical and strategic and is for Brazilian market (local)</li></ul><p><br><b>What You'll Need to be Successful:</b></p><ul><li>Food related careers (Engineer, bachelor degree, etc)</li><li>Intermediate Spanish and English (well understanding mandatory)</li><li>Experience with meat process industry and negotiation B2B</li><li>Salesforce experience is valued </li><li>Hands on experience or in depth knowledge of meat or food plant operations</li><li>Experience with fermented salami, pepperoni, snack sticks, cured meat, cooked meat products or related manufacturing processes</li><li>Familiarity with food manufacturing equipment and production environments</li><li>Natural curiosity and willingness to explore alternative solutions to achieve customer and business goals</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, writing and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Friendly and collaborative person who should be integrated into a group of several years working together.</li><li>Open minded to afford a challenging market with creative solutions.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Our purpose guides the way </b></p><p>In Novonesis, we know that solutions rooted in biology can help solve humanity’s biggest challenges.
