<div class="container-3Gm1a"><p><span style=""><span style=""><strong>Location:</strong> on a remote working schedule, in the Madrid area.</span></span></p><p><strong><u>About the role:</u></strong></p><p>Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the role will support in achieving the goals and objectives of the Urology division they represent, in the area of Madrid, Castilla y León and Aragón.</p><p><strong><u>In this role, you will be responsible for:</u></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Account Management & Strategy:</strong><ul style="list-style-type: circle;"><li>Develop as a professional account manager by mastering selling techniques, strategic account planning, and understanding customer needs.</li><li>Address routine challenges and build a foundational knowledge of the medical device industry, including competitors and market trends.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Sales Execution & Territory Management:</strong><ul style="list-style-type: circle;"><li>Conduct regular, planned visits to current and potential customers to promote and sales Urology Boston Scientific’s products and services to maximize the benefits derived from urology BSC products (equipment and fungible).</li><li>Achieve and exceed sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annual) by effectively managing the assigned territory, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing customer engagement.</li><li>Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Customer Relationship Development:</strong><ul style="list-style-type: circle;"><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital management, purchasing departments, and clinical staff.</li><li>Leverage communication and negotiation skills to drive customer engagement and long-term loyalty.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Market Development:</strong></li><li style="list-style-type: none;"><ul style="list-style-type: circle;"><li>Collaborate with the Manager to develop and execute market strategies aligned with divisional goals.</li><li>Promote and establish awareness and education of urology products.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Technical Training & Support:</strong> Provide technical training, guidance, and product support to healthcare professionals directly in operating rooms to ensure proper and effective product use.</li><li><strong>Business Analysis & Reporting:</strong><ul style="list-style-type: circle;"><li>Collect, analyze, and report market intelligence and business feedback to the Manager regularly.</li><li>Use available tools and insights to refine territory strategies and improve performance.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Industry Engagement:</strong> Represent Boston Scientific at meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to showcase our values, integrity, and innovative solutions.</li><li><strong>Problem Solving & Innovation:</strong> Actively identify challenges and propose solutions to improve processes, address customer needs, and capitalize on business opportunities.</li><li><strong>Collaboration & Cross-functional Engagement:</strong> Participate in project teams and collaborate across departments to support company initiatives and achieve shared objectives.</li></ul><p><strong><u>What are we looking for in you?</u></strong></p><ul><li>At least 3 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, as Account Manager, Territory Manager or Clinical Sales Representative.</li><li>Background and experience in Endourology products and portfolio, or clinical support is considered a plus.</li><li>Background studies in Biomedical Engineering, Health Management or Economics/Business Administration.</li><li>Experience supporting procedures in the operating room will be valuable.</li><li>Based in the Madrid area.</li><li>Knowledge of the Local market and of the decision-making process with customers (economic buyer, reimbursement).</li><li>Experience preparing tenders & relationship with purchase centers and other hospital stakeholders.</li><li>Good level of English.</li><li>Motivation and positive attitude.</li><li>Advance negotiation skills; able to operate in competitive environments and adapt quickly to change.</li><li>Good interpersonal and relational skills.</li><li>Availability to travel in the area of responsibility, and nationally when necessary.<br> </li></ul><p><strong><u>What We Can Offer To You:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Permanent contract.</li><li>Base salary + incentives.</li><li>A team-oriented company culture.</li><li>Good benefits packages.</li><li>Excellent training/development programs.</li><li>Joining a growing company and division for a long-term project.</li></ul><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style=""><strong><em><span style="line-height: 115%;">We, Boston Scientific, are an equal employment opportunity employer.
