Job Title: Amazon Account Manager

Remote | Full-Time | 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (Monday - Friday)

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant to manage the day-to-day operations of our Amazon Seller Central account. This role focuses on account health, listings, customer support, and growth-related initiatives.

Responsibilities

Content Creation for New Listings

  • Create optimized titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms
  • Assist with A+ Content structure and copy
  • Ensure all content complies with Amazon policies

Listing Optimization

  • Optimize listings for SEO and conversion
  • Improve titles, bullets, and imagery based on performance data
  • Analyze sessions, conversion rates, and keyword performance

Listing Management

  • Monitor listings for unauthorized edits, suppressions, or missing content
  • Update titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords
  • Upload and manage A+ Content and Brand Store updates

Coupons & Promotions

  • Create and manage coupons, deals, and promotions
  • Monitor performance and report results
  • Coordinate promotions with internal campaigns

Creator Connections

  • Manage Amazon Creator / Influencer connections
  • Reach out to creators for product collaborations
  • Track creator content, performance, and approvals

Case Management

  • Open, manage, and follow up on Seller Central cases
  • Resolve listing issues, suppressed ASINs, policy warnings, and Brand Registry cases
  • Maintain a case log and ensure timely resolution

Customer Support

  • Respond to buyer messages
  • Handle returns, refunds, and A-to-Z claims
  • Monitor negative feedback and request removal when eligible

Account Health Overview

  • Monitor Account Health Dashboard daily
  • Track policy violations, performance metrics, and suppression risks
  • Proactively flag and escalate issues that may impact account standing

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon policies and best practices
  • Experience with listings, cases, account health, and customer support
  • Excellent written English and communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Basic understanding of Amazon PPC (not required but a plus)
