<p><span style="color:#000000"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b> </span></p><ul><li><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">Provide advanced expertise in Workday Financial Management for process analysis, design, configuration, and problem-solving in a complex, multi-system environment with a strong focus on end-to-end financial solutions and integrations. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">Serve as lead systems administrator for Workday Finance applications, including Core Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable), Accounting Center, Expenses, Procurement, Projects, Revenue Management, Assets, Cash Management, Close & Consolidation, and related modules. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">Uphold the integrity of Workday Finance data and processes through continuous examination, audit controls, and reconciliation activities. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">Configure and schedule routine and ad hoc advanced, matrix, and composite reports; create advanced calculated fields; and ensure report accuracy and integrity. Interpret data requests while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">Collaborate with leadership to evaluate financial processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization on a consistent basis. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">Lead the creation of process documents and job aids for all Workday Finance and integration-related work to ensure consistent knowledge across teams. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">Take a consultative approach when working with cross-functional teams (Finance, Accounting, IT, etc.) to create detailed requirement documents for system changes, with full understanding of downstream impacts on integrations and processes. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">Identify and analyze business needs, gather requirements, and define objectives for Workday Finance applications and their integrations with internal and external business processes. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">Maintain both user-based and role-based security assignments and Workday’s authentication policies to ensure proper visibility and protection of confidential financial information. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">Apply advanced problem-solving abilities and provide alternative solutions based on business requirements, with particular emphasis on integration design and data flow. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">Perform job functions adhering to company values with a customer service focus on innovation, service excellence, and teamwork to provide the highest quality support to Finance and business users. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#000000">Other job functions as assigned. </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Education & Experience</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Systems Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related Business degree.</p></li><li><p>4+ years of progressive Finance technology or ERP experience, including at least 2 years of successfully demonstrated Workday Financial Management configuration and support experience.</p></li><li><p>Extensive knowledge of at least three of the following Workday Finance modules and their key <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word;
