assess markets and competitors; model financial impact and develop pro formas; develop analytic frameworks and shells, identify trends, conduct data analysis, and draw signals from large healthcare datasets where applicable (Medicare claims, Medicaid data, encounter data, CMS public use files, EHR/clinical data).</li> <li>Monitor ongoing market, regulatory, and policy developments to keep client recommendations timely and relevant.</li> </ul> <h3><strong><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-charstyle="Strong">Support Business Development & Grow the Practice</span></span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{" 134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"=""> </span></h3> <ul> <li>Contribute to proposals, scoping conversations, and pursuit of work for new provider engagements, helping convert pipeline into sold work.</li> <li>Identify replicable methodologies and assets from delivery work that can be built into reusable practice IP.</li> <li>Participate in development programs and track growth with your supervisor.</li> </ul> <h2> </h2> <h2><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h2> <ul> <li>2 to 4 years of relevant experience in PACE, Medicare, and/or Medicaid healthcare operations or consulting.</li> <li>Subject matter knowledge in PACE applications or operations, or interest and capability to understand the details of operationalizing a PACE program.</li> <li>Strong consulting craft, including structured problem-solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, polished written and visual communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams with pace and rigor.</li> <li>Proven ability to perform market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.</li> <li>Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; comfortable working with data, developing models, and interpreting insights.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication; a strong writer able to produce clear, compelling work across formats, including responses to competitive procurements, and to present confidently to senior executives and clients.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to lead tasks, manage timelines, design and execute projects end-to-end, and manage up effectively.</li> <li>High level of professional maturity, initiative, resourcefulness, and ownership;
