<h1><span>Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager (Remote – International)</span><br></h1><h2><span>About Us</span><br></h2><p class="isSelectedEnd"><span>We partner with leading U.S.-based personal injury law firms to connect them with experienced international legal professionals for long-term remote careers.</span><br></p><p class="isSelectedEnd"><span>We are currently seeking a Bilingual Case Manager (English/Spanish) to join one of our client firms. This role is ideal for an experienced personal injury professional who is passionate about client service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing U.S. law firm.</span><br></p><p class="isSelectedEnd"><span>Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, and prior personal injury experience is strongly preferred.</span><br></p><h2><span>Key Responsibilities</span><br></h2><ul><li><span>Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through resolution.</span><br></li><li><span>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring an excellent client experience.</span><br></li><li><span>Coordinate medical treatment, request medical records, and manage billing documentation.</span><br></li><li><span>Work closely with attorneys to keep cases moving efficiently and support overall case strategy.</span><br></li><li><span>Draft correspondence, case summaries, and other legal documents.</span><br></li><li><span>Communicate professionally with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other third parties.</span><br></li><li><span>Track deadlines, follow-ups, and important case milestones.</span><br></li><li><span>Maintain accurate and organized case files within the firm's case management system.</span><br></li><li><span>Assist with settlement preparation, including collecting supporting documentation and resolving outstanding balances.</span><br></li><li><span>Provide additional administrative and case management support as needed.</span><br></li></ul><h2><span>Qualifications</span><br></h2><ul><li><span>Must be located outside of the United States (international applicants only).</span><br></li><li><span>Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) required.</span><br></li><li><span>Personal injury law firm experience is strongly preferred<b>.</b></span><br></li><li><span>Previous experience as a Case Manager or in a similar legal support role is preferred.</span><br></li><li><span>Strong understanding of personal injury case workflows, medical treatment coordination, and settlement processes.</span><br></li><li><span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</span><br></li><li><span>Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.</span><br></li><li><span>Able to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</span><br></li><li><span>Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and legal case management software.</span><br></li><li><span>Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.</span><br></li></ul><h2><span>Schedule</span><br></h2><ul><li><span>Full-time</span><br></li><li><span>Must be available to work during US hours</span><br></li></ul><h2><span>What We Offer</span><br></h2><ul><li><span>100% remote position</span><br></li><li><span>Long-term opportunity with a U.S.-based personal injury law firm</span><br></li><li><span>Supportive and collaborative team environment</span><br></li><li><span>Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement</span><br></li><li><span>Competitive compensation based on experience</span><br></li></ul><p><span>If you're a bilingual legal professional with personal injury experience and are looking for a long-term remote opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
