Brand Creator Marketing Manager, Amazon Mgm Studios Prime Video



We are seeking an experienced Brand Creator Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and planning for creator marketing initiatives across Prime Video and Amazon MGM Studios (PVS). The role will lead and execute comprehensive creator-focused brand marketing strategies across Amazon MGM Studios and Prime Video, fostering creator partnerships that enhance brand visibility and engagement while maintaining alignment with overall business objectives both US and globally. This position will play a crucial role in developing data-driven insights to drive creator growth, brand awareness and excitement for Prime Video.



Key job responsibilities

Content Strategy & Management:

- Develop and implement strategic frameworks for creator content collaboration across brand channels

- Oversee creator content curation and distribution on brand handles

- Collaborate with title leads to seamlessly integrate brand elements into creator content, when and where necessary, creating a cohesive PVS creator strategy

- Support and implement the paid boosting creator content strategy

- Evaluate and select content that aligns with brand strategy and messaging



Creator Relationship Management:

- Manage relationships with contracted creators who will be our brand ambassadors

- Assist the team with brand

- Align creator partnerships with broader brand initiatives

- Serve as primary liaison between creators and internal brand teams



Strategic Planning & Integration:

- Create and execute creator brand activation strategies around key cultural moments and/or brand title campaigns

- Connect dots and strategies between title creator leads and the brand team

- Represent creator marketing interests in broader brand strategy discussions

- Lead creator strategy development for key campaigns



Event & Cultural Moment Strategy:

- Develop and implement creator-focused strategies for major industry events



Global Collaboration:

- Partner with international teams to ensure consistent creator brand strategy

- Facilitate cross-regional creator opportunities

- Align global creator initiatives with local market needs



Qualifications

- 4 years of professional non-internship marketing experience

- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns

- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

- 4 years experience in brand marketing and creator strategy

- Experience with influencer/creator management in marketing campaigns

- Understanding of the media and entertainment industry

- Understanding of social media platforms and creator ecosystems

- Experience using data, metrics and digital marketing tools to inform strategy

- Experience leading strategy and execution

- Experience building relationships and communicating effectively with stakeholders
