The Client Solutions Analyst will work closely with the Client Services Manager and lead attorney to guide high-net-worth investors through the U.S. investment visa process, primarily E-2, with exposure to other investor and business visa categories such as EB-5 and L-1. The role centers on delivering white-glove client service, supporting the lead attorney on case requirements, and ensuring a seamless visa process from onboarding through final approval. The ideal candidate brings a background in investment banking or wealth management serving high-net-worth individuals, with immigration experience considered a strong plus. Required Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in investment banking, wealth management, or financial services serving high-net-worth clients - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with sophisticated, high-net-worth investors in high-stakes environments - Solid understanding of investment structures and financial concepts relevant to U.S. investor visa requirements (E-2, EB-5, L-1) - Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) - Proficient in using AI tools to support daily work and optimize workflows - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field - Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously - Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment - Proficient in the Office 365 suite of products and ability to learn to use new CRM platforms we use in our processes - Ability to follow and improve upon set processes - Ability to work Monday to Friday within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) ~9hr-17:30hr Preferred Qualifications: - Direct experience in U.S. immigration processes, particularly E-2 investor visas, EB-5, or L-1 business visas - Background in visa consultancy, immigration law firm, or government agency - Experience working with clients from Latin America, Canada, or the Middle East - Familiarity with CRM tools and document management platforms - Portuguese language skills are a plus Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Client Services Manager and lead attorney on all active cases, ensuring alignment on priorities, deadlines, and client communications - Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth investors throughout the U.S. investment visa process (E-2, EB-5, L-1) - Onboard new clients and guide them through each stage of the visa process, ensuring clarity, confidence, and timely progress - Support the lead attorney by coordinating documentation, preparing case materials, and tracking deadlines and requirements - Review and assess visa application materials for completeness and alignment with consulate or USCIS requirements - Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns related to the visa process, escalating to the lead attorney when appropriate - Schedule and facilitate client calls, attorney consultations, and internal team check-ins - Proactively identify potential issues in client cases and resolve them in coordination with the Client Services Manager and lead attorney - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM and internal systems Location: Remote, ideally Argentina, open to other countries in LATAM Compensation, Perks and Benefits: - Very competitive salary package in US dollars - Quarterly bonus (based on targets’ achievements) and annual profit-sharing - 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year - Holidays between Christmas and New Year - Health Benefits: health insurance and gym pass - English lessons - Work From Home (WFH) allowance setup ($500) to start then up to $500 a year to be used towards WFH equipment and services - Additional offerings: a dynamic work environment, a high level of autonomy, the ability to continue developing your career and skills, and clear expectations for success Organization Description: Our organization is comprised of two companies under one umbrella.
