We are looking for a passionate Creative Content Creator who can bring our food, brand personality, and customer experience to life through engaging digital content.

Responsibilities :

  • Plan, develop, and execute creative content ideas that highlight the uniqueness of our nasi lemak menu, ingredients, cooking process, and brand story across social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant digital channels.
  • Produce high-quality visual content including short-form videos, photos, and behind-the-scenes footage that showcase food preparation, customer experiences, daily outlet activities, and promotional campaigns.
  • Edit, and publish engaging short-form videos suitable for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.
  • Conduct live streaming sessions on social media platforms to promote menu items, introduce new promotions, interact with viewers, answer questions from customers, and encourage online orders or in-store visits.
  • Act as a live host who is confident and energetic in front of the camera, capable of explaining menu items, sharing food reviews, and engaging with audiences in a fun and interactive manner during live sessions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop monthly content calendars, campaign concepts, festive promotions (such as Ramadan or festive seasons).
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, and digital storytelling techniques.
  • Participate in food shoots, outlet visits, and campaign productions to capture authentic and engaging moments that highlight the customer dining experience and brand personality.
  • Write creative captions, storytelling hooks, and engaging copy that enhance the impact of visual content and encourage audience interaction.
  • Monitor the performance of social media content including engagement rate, views, and audience feedback, and provide suggestions for content improvements and new creative ideas.

Requirements :
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Creative Media, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably in the Food & Beverage, lifestyle, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong creativity and storytelling ability with the capability to turn simple food moments into engaging digital content.
  • Skilled in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or other mobile editing applications suitable for short-form content creation.
  • Confident personality and comfortable appearing in front of the camera as a host during video recordings or live streaming sessions.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and live streaming engagement strategies.
  • Passion for food content and interest in promoting Malaysian food culture.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple content projects, and meet deadlines consistently.
