  • Tailor messaging: Maintain brand consistency in all copy, while reflecting cultural tonal nuance across fashion, motors, collectibles and eBay Live audiences.
  • Oversee execution: Review and approve agency deliverables, ensuring high-quality execution across onsite, social, email, and event communications.
  • Drive priority projects: Contribute to in-house creative development as needed, particularly for high-priority or top-of-funnel brand initiatives.
  • Pitch your ideas: Present and advocate for creative ideas and communication approaches with internal groups, supported by customer insights and performance data.

  • Proven ability to develop and evolve editorial direction that supports both brand consistency and market relevance.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, coupled with skill in assessing tone, clarity, and efficiency in agency-produced content.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills; comfortable handling several campaigns at once
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while advocating for creative integrity and strategic alignment.
