Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day Build Trusting Relationships Establish and nurture sustainable relationships with commercial insurance customers and internal teammates through transparent, proactive communication. Solution Delivery Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate solutions and alternative options while ensuring follow‑up until full resolution. Certificate Management Upload, verify, and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs) within careerzynith’s proprietary software, guaranteeing compliance with client requirements. Multi‑Channel Support Manage inbound and outbound phone calls, respond to support emails, and document interactions in the CRM system to maintain a comprehensive support history. Customer Training & Enablement Conduct virtual training sessions and create easy‑to‑follow guides that help customers maximize the value of careerzynith’s platform. Collaboration with Product Teams Relay customer feedback and emerging trends to product development, influencing roadmap priorities and feature enhancements. Essential Qualifications – What You Must Bring Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer support or service role, preferably within a technology‑enabled environment.
