Position Overview – Remote Benefits Enrollment Customer Service Representative We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Benefits Enrollment team. This role is 100% remote after an initial on‑site training period and is designed for individuals who excel at multitasking, enjoy helping others, and thrive in a fast‑paced, call‑center environment. You will be the primary point of contact for careerzynith client employees during open enrollment periods, providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring smooth enrollment processes. Key Responsibilities Handle an average of 30–40 inbound calls per day from a high‑volume queue, delivering prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance. Explain complex benefit plans—including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement options—to employees and their dependents. Interpret and clarify policy details, eligibility criteria, and enrollment procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Assess employee needs, identify opportunities for plan modifications, and recommend appropriate solutions based on individual circumstances. Accurately record enrollment selections in the benefits administration system, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. Collaborate with internal careerzynith teams (e.g., Payroll, HR, IT) to resolve escalated issues and improve overall enrollment experience. Provide minor email and chat support, following up on call‑center interactions and documenting case resolutions. Participate in ongoing training sessions, knowledge‑base updates, and quality‑assurance reviews to stay current on benefit program changes. Essential Qualifications Minimum 2 years of customer service experience , preferably in a call‑center or benefits administration environment. Demonstrated ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort navigating multiple screens while on calls. Strong attendance record and reliability; punctuality is critical to meet scheduled shift commitments.
