The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in testing, administering, troubleshooting, and supporting our customer application systems that span a number of domains: IT, Telco B/OSS, IP and Core, Cloud, Network and more. The IT Engineer/Tester is an integral part of our customer-focused team and will implement services based on customer needs. This role extends to both manual and automated test case design and execution, and entails tracking both functional and non-functional scenarios. You will be working either on customer premises or remotely.</p><b>What you will do:</b><p>- Maintain and optimize IT systems, study infrastructure impacts, support product selection, and develop technical documentation.</p><p>- Develop IT codes and interfaces, ensuring all relevant technical documentation is created.</p><p>- Design IT test cases and conduct analysis on functional scenarios.</p><p>- Design performance tests, including automation and performance test script development and unit testing.</p><p>- Execute IT test cases and report test results using specified tools, prepare and verify test environments, and execute automated performance test cases.</p><p>- Troubleshoot IT applications, validate test data and scenarios, document defects in tracking tools, and follow up with developmental teams.</p><p>- Support service assurance, manage trouble tickets, perform incident management, ensure problem resolution, and support end-to-end process quality.</p><b>The skills you bring:</b><p>- Test Case.</p><p>- Performance Testing.</p><p>- Test Design.</p><p>- System Support.</p><p>- Information Technology Operations.</p><p>- Business Process.</p><p>- Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration Skills.</p><p>- Financial Acumen.</p><p>- Custom Scripting.</p><p>- Service request and disruption management (help desk).</p></div></div></div></div>
