We are currently hiring Dutch-speaking professionals to join our client’s team and work remotely on the PayPal project.

As a Customer Advisor, you will assist PayPal users with account-related questions, transactions, and general inquiries. Many customers rely on these services for everyday payments, online shopping, and business transactions — your guidance will make a real difference.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assisting with account access, payments, and transaction concerns
  • Reviewing cases carefully and providing accurate solutions
  • Communicating clearly, calmly, and professionally
  • Ensuring customers feel secure and understood

Although you will work from home, you will be part of a structured, international team with full training and ongoing support.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Dutch
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Confident using digital tools and online platforms
  • Previous customer service experience is beneficial
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused

Benefits

This position combines professional development with geographic flexibility.

Our client provides:

  • Full relocation support, including flight costs and initial accommodation
  • Competitive monthly salary plus two additional salaries per year
  • Health care benefits and employee discounts
  • Structured onboarding and continuous development
  • Career progression opportunities within a multinational organization
  • Free online Greek language courses
  • A diverse and inclusive work culture

This is more than a remote role. It is the opportunity to shape your everyday environment while gaining experience on a global digital payments project.

If you are ready to combine career growth with the freedom to live anywhere in Greece, this could be the right next step.
