If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us… We are currently looking for talents to: Functional (job responsibilities) Meet sales target by securing new quality loans in line with Management decision on the portfolio mix of products and customers

  • Maintain good business relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure documents for loan application received from dealer / customer are in accordance to guidelines requirement
  • Ensure authentication of identification, income and vehicle documents
  • Ensure consent is given by customer before proceeding further on the loan applications
  • Interview applicant and conduct thorough KYC
  • Perform data entry in LOAD$ system and ensure data keyed in is complete and accurate
  • Perform CTOS enquiry
  • Perform credit recommendation or write up to the loan application
  • Constantly update dealers on the status of cases submitted on a daily basis
  • Ensure timely issuance of Letter of Undertaking to dealer and follow up on the execution of HP Agreement and other related documents
  • Serve Product Disclosure Sheet (PDS) and brief customer on the content of HP Agreement and witness the executive of the Agreement compliance
  • Investigate and follow up on cases that have been delayed for approval and disbursement
  • Prepare proposal for panel dealership and other facilities applied by panel dealers
  • Conduct site visits when required
  • Additional responsibility on ad hoc duties as assigned by Management at all times. Managerial (team/group responsibilities) Act as a buddy to new joiners and assist / provide guidance as when needed. Organizational (organizational responsibilities) Develop and manage the relationships with car dealers
  • Cross-sell efforts to provide referrals and leads for Hong Leong Group of companies
  • Adhere to department Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in complying with audit, compliance and regulatory guidelines. Do you have what it takes? We are currently looking for talents who have :
  • Malaysia Citizen
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to build business relationships with customers and car dealers
  • Applicants must have own transport
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills
  • Excellent in adaptability & execution skills
  • Fresh graduates or with minimum 1 year of working experience in Banking or Auto industry.
