Position Overview The Live Chat Representative at careerzynith serves as the digital front door to our firm. You will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients who reach out through our live chat platform, providing them with accurate information, thoughtful guidance, and a reassuring presence. Your ability to communicate clearly, listen carefully, and respond with empathy will directly shape the client experience and influence whether individuals choose to engage our legal services. This role is ideal for a customer service professional who enjoys problem-solving, multitasking, and building trust through written communication. While prior legal experience is not required, a willingness to learn about our services, processes, and values is essential. You will work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure every client interaction is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective and current clients through careerzynith’s live chat platform, delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to inquiries. Serve as the first digital point of contact, creating a welcoming and professional impression for every visitor to the firm’s website. Guide clients through careerzynith’s website, helping them locate relevant service pages, intake forms, and resource materials. Clearly explain careerzynith’s range of legal services, practice areas, and consultation processes in accessible and jargon-free language. Collect essential information from clients during initial conversations to prepare attorneys and consultants for productive follow-up consultations. Accurately document all client interactions, notes, and outcomes within the firm’s customer relationship management (CRM) system. Maintain detailed and organized records to ensure continuity of service and smooth handoffs between team members. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to coordinate follow-ups, schedule consultations, and resolve client concerns. Stay current on careerzynith’s services, policies, legal procedures, and industry updates to provide informed and reliable information. Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience by sharing feedback, suggesting process improvements, and flagging recurring issues. Handle multiple live chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, tone, and responsiveness. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in communications, business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
