This is NOT for you if • You’re “getting back into coaching” and still figuring things out • You want to build a personal brand or influencer platform...not coach. • You get frustrated when clients don’t follow through and aren't motivated • You’re looking for a flexible passion project, not a profession • You want to do things your own way What You’ll Do • Coach 25–40+ remote clients through our proven systems for strength, nutrition, and sustainable habit change. • Deliver high-touch, 11 support using our tools, check-in frameworks, and coaching methods. • Perform weekly or biweekly check-ins using video and/or messaging. • Adjust training programs and nutrition protocols every 3 weeks based on progress and feedback. • Track client results, proactively solve problems, and keep momentum moving forward. • Re-engage clients who struggle with motivation...we don’t let people fall through the cracks. • Participate in weekly team trainings to stay sharp and aligned. • Collaborate with our coaching, Registered Dietitian and operations team to deliver next-level results. • Show up consistently, take feedback like a pro, and coach with heart...especially when it’s tough.
