Client is a multinational premium brand for gym, fitness and wellness equipment.

Fitness & Wellness Education Specialists (Premium Gym & Fitness Equipment)

Responsibilities:

1. Internal Product Education for Sales Teams

  • Lead ongoing product education and training initiatives for the local sales team throughout the year.
  • Ensure all sales team members complete the company's product storytelling assessments and maintain a minimum performance.
  • Identify underperforming team members and conduct targeted training sessions to elevate their product understanding.
  • Maintain a personal product knowledge
2. Customer Training & Education (B2B & B2C)
  • Provide quarterly product refreshers and ongoing training to key account (KA) clients, in collaboration with their internal training managers.
  • Coordinate on-site training sessions during new equipment installations, ensuring that all facility staff receive relevant training materials via the Company Training Portal.
  • Administer post-training product assessments to facility trainers to build a nationwide network of certified personal trainers.
  • Facilitate post-delivery product education sessions for home customers. If unable to conduct the sessions personally, ensure that a certified freelance personal trainer from the Company training network is assigned to deliver the session.
3. Trainer Network Development
  • Expand the Company-certified personal trainer network within the country by onboarding and certifying trainers through the Company Training Portal.
  • Ensure all certified trainers are equipped with the latest knowledge of the Company products and training methodologies.
  • Maintain the quality and consistency of training standards through regular assessments and recertification efforts.
4. Community Engagement & Events
  • Collaborate with frontline managers and the marketing team to identify and engage with relevant fitness and wellness communities in the local market.
  • Secure partnerships with experts (e.g., coaches, medical professionals, wellness influencers) to support community engagement initiatives.
  • Plan and execute a minimum of four community-focused events (e.g., clinics, workshops) annually, each with clearly defined KPIs to measure impact and success.
Preferences:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Physiotherapy, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in fitness education, personal training, or a similar client-facing wellness role, preferably in a premium or performance-focused environment.
  • Strong presentation and training delivery skills — able to engage, educate, and inspire diverse audiences including sales teams, fitness professionals, and customers.
  • Proven experience in conducting workshops, seminars, or product training sessions in a professional setting.
  • Ability to build rapport and credibility quickly with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales team) and external clients.
  • Confident and polished communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and professional presence.
  • Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate digital platforms for training, communication, and certification delivery.
  • Passionate about fitness, wellness, and the Company philosophy of lifestyle transformation through movement.
  • Certification as a personal trainer or fitness instructor (e.g., ACE, NASM, NSCA) is a strong advantage.
  • Prior experience in a premium brand environment or wellness tech company is a plus.
