About the Role The Challenge

Shape the future of a fintech business by transforming legacy hardware operations into a data-driven, SaaS-led model. Identify untapped opportunities and turn them into scalable, revenue-generating products.

The Opportunity

Lead end-to-end innovation—from idea to market launch—while building new services that solve real merchant challenges. Play a pivotal role in repositioning the business as a TechFin data platform.

What You Will Do - Identify market gaps and develop new fintech service offerings

  • Lead product innovation from concept to MVP and pilot testing
  • Build and execute a data-first strategy to unlock new revenue streams
  • Establish frameworks to test, scale, or pivot new initiatives
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive ecosystem growth
Who We Are Looking For Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building or scaling products, ideally in fintech or SaaS
  • Strong understanding of data-driven business models
  • Exposure to regulatory environments (e.g., BNM or similar frameworks)
  • Proven ability to lead innovation or transformation initiatives
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
