We're looking for a driven professional who enjoys both business development and recruiting and wants to build a high-income desk with the support of an established organization.

What You'll Do

As a Full Desk Technical Recruiter, you'll manage the complete recruiting and sales cycle while building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client outreach
  • Building, growing and managing relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
  • Identifying client needs and presenting customized solutions
  • Negotiating contracts and closing new business
  • Recruiting technical professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities
  • Sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and presenting qualified candidates
  • Managing the interview process through offer acceptance and placement
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of clients and candidates
  • Meeting monthly revenue and performance goals
  • Staying current on AI as well as other technology trends, labor market conditions, and hiring practices

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of successful technology industry experience in a full desk recruiter role
  • Experience recruiting for technical positions required
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and recruiting goals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent organization and follow-through
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
