We are looking for a proactive, driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify and engage new business opportunities. This role involves working on an assigned territory to prospect new business, manage existing relationships, and support sales activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in genetics, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced sales environment. Position Responsibilities  Work within assigned territories to identify new business by cold calling, reaching out from lists, and leveraging existing contacts.  Manages upsell and renewal opportunities within existing accounts for assigned territory.  Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, plans, and budgets to support company-wide forecasting efforts.  Prospect new business within clinical territories through cold calls and existing accounts, focusing on finding growth opportunities.  Publish weekly scorecards on bookings and pipeline performance.  Organize and attend customer training sessions and sales meetings to continue building relationships with customers.  Collaborate with the account managers to develop comprehensive territory plans.  Update and maintain Salesforce CRM with accurate and current sales data.
