If you're interested in helping expand access to care in your state while partnering with a mission-driven organization, we'd love to connect.</p><p><br></p><h2><strong>Position Summary</strong></h2><p>Holon Health is seeking a <strong>Maryland licensed Nurse Practitioner with an active DEA</strong> to support our expansion into new markets.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity designed for Nurse Practitioners who are interested in partnering with Holon Health during our payer enrollment and market launch process. The selected provider will allow Holon Health to utilize their active state NP license and DEA registration for credentialing and payer enrollment purposes as we establish operations in the state.</p><p><br></p><p>This is not a traditional clinical care position and does not require regular patient care responsibilities. The engagement primarily involves supporting credentialing, enrollment, and regulatory requirements necessary for Holon Health to launch services within the state.</p><p><br></p><p>Compensation is provided as a flat, lump-sum payment for support during the credentialing and enrollment process.</p><p><br></p><p>For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity to transition into a part-time or full-time clinical role with Holon Health once operations are established in the state.</p><p><br></p><h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul><li>Maintain an active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in <strong>Maryland</strong></li><li>Maintain an active DEA registration associated with <strong>Maryland</strong></li><li>Participate in credentialing, payer enrollment, and provider onboarding activities as needed</li><li>Complete and sign enrollment and credentialing documentation required by commercial, Medicaid, and other payer organizations</li><li>Respond to reasonable requests for information related to licensure, certifications, and credentialing requirements</li><li>Notify Holon Health promptly of any changes to licensure, DEA status, disciplinary actions, or credentialing eligibility</li><li>Participate in occasional meetings with Holon Health's credentialing, compliance, or leadership teams as necessary</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2><h2><br></h2><h3>Required</h3><ul><li>Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in <strong>Maryland</strong></li><li>Active DEA registration in <strong>Maryland</strong></li><li>Eligibility for enrollment with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers</li><li>No current sanctions, exclusions, or restrictions that would impact credentialing or payer enrollment</li><li>Ability to provide credentialing documentation in a timely manner</li></ul><h3>Preferred</h3><ul><li>Previous experience participating in payer credentialing and enrollment processes</li><li>Experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, psychiatry, primary care, or integrated care settings</li><li>Additional state licenses</li><li>Interest in future clinical or consulting opportunities with Holon Health</li></ul><h2><strong>Compensation</strong></h2><ul><li>Independent Contractor (1099) engagement</li><li>Flat, lump-sum compensation for participation in credentialing and payer enrollment activities</li><li>Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process</li></ul><h2><strong>Future Opportunities</strong></h2><p>As Holon Health expands services within the state, there may be opportunities for qualified candidates to join the organization in a clinical, leadership, or consulting capacity.
