Rush Rack is seeking a confident, energetic, and reliable Live Stream Host to sell women’s clothing on Whatnot. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on camera, styling outfits, showing products clearly, engaging with viewers, and creating a fun live-shopping experience.

This is a work-from-home position, but the candidate must be located in Central New Jersey. Inventory will be provided for each show, and the host may need to meet locally for training, inventory pickup/drop-off, or occasional team check-ins.

Duties

Host live shopping streams on Whatnot multiple times per week.

Present women’s clothing items on camera, including tops, pants, dresses, swimwear, and other fashion pieces.

Show each item clearly, including size, brand, condition, color, and style.

Engage with viewers in real time through chat, questions, and requests.

Create an upbeat, friendly, and professional live-shopping atmosphere.

Encourage bidding and purchases during live auctions.

Learn product details, pricing, show format, and promotions before each stream.

Keep inventory organized before, during, and after each live show.

Separate sold items properly after each show for pickup and shipping.

Follow the Rush Rack live-selling process for auctions, giveaways, and customer engagement.

Collaborate with the team to improve show performance, sales, viewer retention, and customer experience.

Maintain a consistent schedule and be prepared before each live show.

Requirements

Must be located in Central New Jersey.

Comfortable working from home and hosting live shows from your own space.

Comfortable speaking live on camera for extended periods.

Strong communication and people skills.

Confident, energetic, and able to keep the live show moving.

Interest in fashion, clothing, styling, resale, or live shopping.

Reliable, punctual, and professional.

Ability to follow a simple step-by-step live show process.

Must have a clean, presentable area at home to host live shows.

Basic understanding of phone/camera setup, lighting, and livestreaming is a plus.

Prior experience with Whatnot, TikTok Live, Instagram Live, retail sales, hosting, or content creation is preferred but not required.

Must be able to meet locally in Central NJ for inventory handoff, training, or occasional in-person support.
