Acting a true Business Partner, you will be the key contact for our APAC operational and manufacturing leadership team, providing timely, accurate and insightful financial insights.</p><p></p><p>This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional with strong communication and <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">relationship-building</span> skills, who enjoys partnering with leaders to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.</p><p></p><p><b>Reporting to the Director, Finance & Analytics APAC, your key responsibilities would include</b>;</p><p></p><p><b>Business Partnering </b></p><ul><li><p>Deliver necessary insights to the management team through analysis, modelling & building of recommendations that will improve the financial performance of the business.</p></li><li><p>Own the preparation and submittal of Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) requests that are significant to the region and require regional leadership and corporate approval, providing comprehensive financial analysis and justification for proposed investments.</p></li><li><p>Build a capital <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">management/monitoring</span> program for all CAPEX, including the build of regular forecast updates, annual budgets and long term strategic plan inputs</p></li><li><p>Process development to drive working capital improvements, notably through inventory<br> </p></li></ul><p><b>Planning & Reporting</b></p><ul><li><p>Perform financial performance reviews with the management team, focussed on all areas of operational activity and variances as well as working capital and capex</p></li><li><p>Develop a reporting framework aimed at delivering consistent operational metrics across APAC</p></li><li><p>Identify key financial risks and opportunities and developing appropriate countermeasures and action plans.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Bring</b></p><p></p><p>You will be an experienced operation, commercial or financial analyst with experience in manufacturing or operational environments.
