Jobscope: Manager

Sebagai seorang Manager di Sepah Penyet, anda bertanggungjawab penuh dalam memastikan operasi harian restoran berjalan lancar, efisien, dan memenuhi standard perkhidmatan serta kualiti makanan yang ditetapkan. Anda adalah pemimpin di premis dan berperanan penting dalam membimbing pasukan ke arah kecemerlangan.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

1. Mengurus Operasi Harian Restoran
  • Memastikan semua bahagian beroperasi dengan lancar termasuk dapur, kaunter, dan perkhidmatan pelanggan.
  • Memastikan kebersihan, susun atur dan suasana restoran berada pada tahap terbaik.
2. Memimpin dan Membimbing Pasukan
  • Memberi arahan jelas, memotivasikan staf, serta membina semangat kerja berpasukan.
  • Menyelia jadual kerja, kehadiran dan disiplin staf.
3. Mengawal Kualiti Produk dan Perkhidmatan
  • Memastikan setiap hidangan disediakan mengikut standard resipi dan kualiti Sepah Penyet.
  • Memastikan layanan pelanggan mesra, profesional dan konsisten.
4. Mengurus Inventori dan Pembekalan
  • Menyelia tahap stok bahan mentah, pembelian dan penerimaan barang.
  • Mengelakkan pembaziran serta memastikan stok cukup dan segar.
5. Menangani Isu Pelanggan dan Staf
  • Menyelesaikan aduan pelanggan dengan pantas dan profesional.
  • Menjadi orang tengah dalam menyelesaikan konflik dalaman jika berlaku.
6. Melaksanakan Arahan dan Polisi Pengurusan
  • Memastikan semua SOP dipatuhi termasuk kebersihan, keselamatan makanan dan standard perkhidmatan.
  • Melapor terus kepada pihak pengurusan tertinggi mengenai perkembangan restoran.
7. Mengurus Jualan dan Prestasi Kewangan
  • Menyediakan laporan jualan harian/mingguan/bulanan.
  • Mencapai sasaran jualan serta kawalan kos operasi.
8. Latihan dan Pembangunan Staf
  • Mengenal pasti keperluan latihan dan memastikan staf sentiasa diberi pendedahan yang relevan.
  • Membimbing staf baharu semasa tempoh orientasi.
9. Menjaga Imej Jenama Sepah Penyet
  • Menjadi contoh terbaik kepada staf dalam aspek etika kerja, penampilan dan layanan pelanggan.
  • Menyokong aktiviti promosi dan program keahlian restoran.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
