Are you fluent in Mandarin and passionate about helping customers? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Success team supporting a global online reservation and social media platform.

Penang, Malaysia (Bayan Lepas / Georgetown)

Customer Success Specialist โ€“ Mandarin Speaker

๐Ÿ•’ Working Schedule:

Rotational Shift (24/7)

5 working days, 2 days off

๐Ÿ’ฐ Salary & Benefits:

  • Up to RM4,500 inclusive of language allowance
  • Total package up to RM5,500 for eligible candidates

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelorโ€™s Degree in any discipline
  • Mandarin proficiency at C1 level is required
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above
๐ŸŒŸ What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Assist customers via inbound calls and email
  • Support online reservations and order-related enquiries
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences while maintaining brand values
  • Escalate priority issues when necessary
  • Collaborate with team members to improve support quality and processes
โœ… What Weโ€™re Looking For:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with 90% accuracy
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience is an advantage
  • Call center experience is not mandatory
  • Fresh graduates in Communication, English, Mass Communication, or related fields are highly encouraged to apply
