<p><span style="font-weight: bold">OVERVIEW</span><br>We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to provide end-to-end support across events, ABM campaigns, and broader marketing activity for Shippit—Australia and New Zealand’s leading shipping and delivery management platform. This role is the operational engine behind our marketing function: coordinating logistics with external event partners, preparing internal teams for attendance, executing campaign workflows, and keeping the day-to-day marketing machine running.</p> <p><br>You will work directly with the Australia-based marketing team, acting as a remote extension of the function. The role suits a marketing generalist who thrives on variety, gets satisfaction from clean execution, and can run multiple workstreams without dropping detail.</p> <p><br><span style="font-weight: bold">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p> <p><br><span style="font-weight: bold">1) Event coordination and support</span><br>Coordinate end-to-end logistics for events, trade shows, and industry conferences in partnership with external event companies and venues<br>Manage attendee briefings: build run-sheets, prepare talking points, send pre-event comms, and ensure internal attendees know what they need and where to be<br>Organise merchandise, collateral, signage, and giveaways—including sourcing, ordering, tracking shipments, and managing stock levels<br>Track event budgets, and manage vendor invoicing<br>Build and maintain event playbooks so each event runs better than the last<br>Post-event: support lead capture handover to Sales, organise debriefs, and document what worked and what didn’t</p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">2) ABM and campaign support</span><br>Execute ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaign workflows: target account research, content sequencing, tactical activity, and campaign QA<br>Coordinate campaign assets across stakeholders—designers, copywriters, marketing automation, and Sales—keeping timelines and deliverables on track<br>Set up, optimise and monitor digital marketing activity across Google, LinkedIn and other relevant channels<br>Maintain target account lists and segmentation in Salesforce and Airtable<br>Pull basic campaign performance reports and surface insights for the marketing and sales teams</p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">3) Ad-hoc marketing support</span><br>Support content production: formatting, proofreading, sourcing imagery, and basic asset assembly<br>Coordinate webinars, podcast bookings, and partner co-marketing activity<br>Lead the production of marketing collateral (e.g. flyers, pull-up banners, signage, and printed assets) from briefing to execution<br>Support social media and email marketing activity as required<br>Jump in where the team needs you—marketing moves fast and this role is built for someone who likes variety</p> <p><br><span style="font-weight: bold">QUALIFICATIONS</span></p> <p><br><span style="font-weight: bold">Must-have</span><br>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field<br>2–3 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, events coordinator, or campaign support role—ideally in B2B SaaS, tech, or a fast-paced commercial environment<br>Demonstrated experience coordinating events end-to-end, including vendor management and logistics<br>Strong organisational and project management skills—able to run multiple workstreams without dropping detail<br>Excellent written and spoken English;
