Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and disposal of waste. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest quality and safety of all meat products. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their meat selections and answering any questions they may have. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of daily tasks. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overages to management. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols. Continuously improve skills and knowledge of meat cutting techniques and product knowledge.
