REQUIREMENTS

· Proficiency in English / Chinese / BM / Cantonese

· Minimum SPM / Knowledge & Experience In Customer Service & Office Administration or Related Field.

· Software Knowledge: SQL Accounting, Microsoft Excel / Word, Gmail, Whatsapp etc.

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy on filing & english spelling etc.

· Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.

· In-House Training Probation (3 Months Per Individual Basis).

· Base Salary Upon Confirmation (EPF / SOCSO etc.)

Personal Characteristic

This role includes administrative and corresponding customer service interaction with customers & suppliers via phone calls / WhatsApp text messages / email. Responsibilities include executing smooth daily office inventory operation. Key Tasks include:

Office & Administrative Duties

· Manage and maintain a well-organized office working environment.

· Administer customer service inquiries via email, phone call & WhatsApp promptly.

· Coordinate & record daily work operation & correspond in liaison with the company-approved WhatsApp Groups.

· Prepare workers’ weekly attendance data to prepare monthly salary (ZKbio Excel)

· File up monthly company utility bills with the checklist/chart provided.

· Manage Customer/Supplier daily logistic documentation during collection & delivery of goods, including parcel courier services, etc.

· Issue Customer Invoice / Delivery Order, Inventory Stock Entry

· Liaison With Customer / Supplier Procurement & Account Dept. Via Correspondence

· Supplier & Customer Receivable Payable Financial Tracking
