Compañía del sector logístico internacional, especializada en transporte marítimo con fuerte foco en operaciones de exportación hacia mercados europeos, busca incorporar un perfil Operativo para reforzar el equipo de operaciones en oficina.

El rol se integra en una estructura ya consolidada, compuesta por perfiles senior con amplia experiencia y un equipo en desarrollo donde parte del área de importación evoluciona hacia posiciones comerciales junior. El/la candidato/a seleccionado/a cubrirá una posición clave de soporte operativo y coordinación, reportando indirectamente a la estructura comercial y operativa, con interlocución directa con el equipo interno.

Funciones principales:

  • Gestión operativa de expedientes de importación y/o exportación marítima.
  • Coordinación de embarques, documentación y seguimiento de cargas.
  • Comunicación diaria con agentes internacionales y proveedores logísticos.
  • Soporte a los comerciales en la ejecución operativa de las ventas.
  • Control de incidencias y resolución de problemas operativos.
  • Supervisión de procesos asegurando cumplimiento de plazos y calidad del servicio.
  • Apoyo en la optimización de flujos operativos dentro del departamento.
  • Participación en turnos de guardia rotativos.
Perfil requerido:
  • Experiencia de 3-4 años en operaciones de import/export en transitarias o freight forwarders.
  • Conocimiento sólido de operativa marítima.
  • Perfil resolutivo, estructurado y orientado a la ejecución.
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo dentro de entornos operativos exigentes.
  • No se busca un perfil con alta orientación a crecimiento comercial, sino estabilidad y dominio operativo del rol.
Condiciones:
  • Salario fijo: 25.000€ – 30.000€.
  • Posición presencial en Sant Joan Despí.
  • Sin opción de teletrabajo.
  • Sistema de guardias rotativas (aprox. 1 de cada 5).
  • Incorporación prevista para el próximo mes con configuración completa del equipo operativo.
