Job Description Schedule Options: Full-Time:  4+ days per week Part-Time:  1-3 days per week Shift:  Overnight, 10-hour shifts Delivery Area: Short Haul Regional Routes Key Responsibilities:  ​​​Work up to 10 hours per shift Safely operate 26' box trucks Perform dock-to-dock deliveries Load/unload trucks with pallet jack Utilize lift gates to load/unload deliveries Drive in various weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, etc.) Adhere to DOT safety standards and company performance metrics Maintain metrics related to attendance, performance, and safety. Operate smart devices for route navigation and delivery updates Compensation: Hourly Rate:  Starting at $21.75/hour ($32.62/hour overtime pay) Pay Raises:  Regular promotions based on performance Training & Onboarding Process: Phone Screening:  Let's get to know you Onboarding & Offer Letter:  Welcome to the team! Paid Training:  Classroom sessions and on-the-road learning Qualifications Must be  21+ years old  with a valid Ohio driver’s license DOT Certification (required)  – CDL is not required Able to pass a  5-panel drug screening Comfortable with  overnight shifts   No felonies within the past 7 years Clean Motor Vehicle History Additional Information Bilingual - Spanish On-Demand pay available - get paid the same day you work!
