The Paid Digital Marketing Lead will play a central role in driving ICP account reach, pipeline creation and revenue impact, with genuine ownership of channel strategy rather than just campaign delivery. The Paid Digital Marketing Lead will be hands-on in the platforms every day, building and optimising campaigns, while also shaping channel mix, budget allocation and account-based targeting strategy using ABM and intent data platforms. AI is central to how this role operates, with tools like Claude integrated into daily workflows to accelerate research, creative iteration, reporting and optimisation, so this suits someone genuinely curious about applying AI to raise the speed and quality of their work. The role also has a strong testing and insights angle.
