We’re Hiring: Paid Media Specialist (Agency Experience)

Madrid | Barcelona/ Remote

At Bucksense, we’re growing fast and looking for a data-driven, hands-on Paid Media Specialist to join our team and lead high-impact global campaigns.

If you’re passionate about performance marketing, love working with data, and enjoy optimizing campaigns end-to-end—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more
  • Own and allocate digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI and lead generation
  • Build and execute full-funnel acquisition strategies
  • Run A/B tests, analyze performance, and continuously improve results
  • Monitor key metrics like CPL, conversion rate, and ROI
  • Turn data into insights and actionable strategies
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–3 years of experience in paid media / performance marketing (agency experience is a plus)
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta platforms
  • Experience managing campaigns from strategy to optimization
  • Solid knowledge of tracking, attribution, and GA4
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data
  • Fluent English (must have)
