Location:            100% Remote

  • Master’s or PhD Degree in a quantitative field such as engineering, operations research, computer science, or data science
  • Experience working with software development tools including git
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment, including participation in sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Proven ability to communicate complex concepts and insights verbally and in writing to colleagues and clients with varying degrees of technical knowledge
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Organized, articulate, team player, open to collaborative workstyles and able to manage multiple deliverables for different projects at any given time
  • Familiarity and willingness to work in cross-cultural and geo-diverse teams

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Consulting or experience in a client-facing role
  • Experience with Palantir Foundry or a comparable platform
  • Experience in Data Science using machine learning frameworks and packages such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, and Huggingface
  • Experience building generative AI solutions leveraging large language models such as Cohere
  • Experience with relational databases, SQL and data modeling
  • Experience in designing and building cloud-based data solutions using serverless and event-driven architectures

  • Collaborate with our clients and internal stakeholders to understand business processes, identify opportunities, and propose approaches to challenges in a consultative manner
  • Design, develop and lead the implementation of cloud or on-premises analytics solutions
  • Clearly and objectively communicate progress, results, and insights to clients
  • Investigate, define, select, and promote the use of processes, tools, frameworks, and best practices for delivering data-driven analytics and AI solutions
  • Share ideas and expertise with colleagues in a collaborative team environment
