Job description: Purpose:

To lead, inspire and develop the Retail Store in delivering a true brand experience for Clarks consumers.

To lead, inspire and develop the profits for the business To take ownership of building the brand aligned to the commercial strategy across the retail estate To take ownership of the commercial KPI’s, delivering on set objectives monthly

Accountabilities:

Welcome customers friendly, answering customer’s question, helping them to locate items, providing advice or recommendations

Operating scanners, cash register & other electronic (Card terminal, hand scan, etc)

Accepting payments, ensuring all price & quantities are accurate and providing a receipt to every customer, declaration of cash received and cash return.

Cross sell product and introduce new promotion item

Follow all store procedures regarding payment type, voucher and etc

Maintaining a clean workspace

Assist and work with each other to ensure store operation run smoothly

Completion job task assigned by superior with established guideline & SOP

Ensure to keep shelf display with latest trading plan and VM

Receive goods arrival, check, reporting & update good received as per standard procedure to superior

Key Outputs/Results: -Brand visibility, image and awareness in the store and competitor

Retail/ Outlet management and high standards of customer service

Highly motivated, professional and effective team

Proven track record in managing retail stores, sales driven operation savvy
