About the role

As a Payroll Consultant at SD Worx Iberia, you will help clients to execute and optimise their payroll process, being their trusted advisor while we will work on your personal development, technical knowledge and career opportunities.

Your day-to-day work with our clients:

  • Management of personnel movements (registrations, modifications, incidents, cancellations).

  • Payroll calculation and communication with official bodies.

  • Support and advice on labour procedures.

  • Client management at local level and monitoring of activity at corporate level (for international companies).

What we are looking for
  • 3-4 years of relevant knowledge and/or experience in payroll management and labor law.

  • A degree in Law, Business Administration, Labour Relations or a related field is valued.

  • A strong interest in HR , especially in payroll management and employment legislation.

  • Solid analytical skills and a natural interest in digital tools and applications.

  • A strong eagerness to learn, paired with a customer‑oriented mindset and high attention to detail.

  • Assertiveness and strong communication skills .

  • A problem-solving and positive attitude, team spirit and a good sense of humour — we appreciate people who bring their own style and energy to the team.

  • Spanish and fluency in English is essential.
