Sobre el puesto

Buscamos un/a People Services Specialist en Sistemas y Procesos para cubrir una posición temporal (baja de paternidad) .

Este rol tiene como objetivo principal analizar, diseñar y optimizar nuestros sistemas y procesos de HR, asegurando una integración eficiente entre Workday, Quinyx y Payroll .

La posición forma parte de People Services y está enfocada en diseño de procesos, sistemas y modelo operativo , no en la operativa diaria de HR ni en la implementación técnica.

Responsabilidades principales

1. Análisis del estado actual
  • Analizar procesos de People en Recruitment, Contracts, Time & Attendance (Quinyx) y Payroll.

  • Mapear procesos end-to-end e identificar ineficiencias y tareas manuales.

  • Revisar el uso actual de sistemas, integraciones y flujos de datos.

2. Diseño y optimización de procesos
  • Diseñar procesos futuros más eficientes, escalables y compliance.

  • Identificar oportunidades de automatización y estandarización con Workday y Quinyx.

3. Diseño de sistemas e integraciones
  • Definir la interacción entre Workday, Quinyx y Payroll (data flows, ownership, system of record).

  • Establecer un modelo de integración claro y eficiente.

  • Alinear procesos de negocio con capacidades de los sistemas.

4. Roadmap estratégico y recomendaciones
  • Proponer mejoras estructuradas en eficiencia y experiencia de usuario.

  • Definir un roadmap priorizado de mejoras.

  • Identificar riesgos, dependencias y consideraciones clave para futuras fases.

Requisitos

Experiencia
  • Experiencia en Workday, People Services o proyectos de transformación HR.

  • Conocimiento sólido de procesos HR (Recruitment, Contracts, Payroll).

  • Experiencia con herramientas de Workforce Management (idealmente Quinyx).

  • Experiencia en diseño y optimización de procesos e integración de sistemas.

  • Experiencia en entornos complejos o multinacionales.

Skills
  • Alta capacidad analítica y de diseño de procesos.

  • Capacidad de traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones de sistemas.

  • Excelentes habilidades de gestión de stakeholders.

  • Perfil estructurado, estratégico y orientado a soluciones.

  • Nivel alto de inglés (español valorable).

Formación
  • Grado en RRHH, Business, IT o similar.

  • Certificaciones relevantes serán valoradas.
