Conocimientos/Certificaciones

  • Técnico de Sistemas Windows Server.
  • Técnico de Vmware.
  • Técnico de Base de datos SQL.
  • Técnico de Almacenamiento HPE, NAS Synology
  • Técnico M365 y Exchange.
  • Técnico intunes.
  • Conocimientos de Powers Shell.
  • Operación y monitorización de servicios y aplicaciones web sobre servidores Windows y Linux.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de Monitorización: SCOM, PRTG, Zabbix.
  • Resolución en incidencias de Hardware y Software (microinformática) .

Funciones

  • Microinformática (Windows 10 y Windows 11) y paquete office365.

Conocimientos y experiencia

Experiencia mínima de 3

5 años en las de las siguientes tecnologías:

  • Programación en C#, . NET
  • Desarrollo de aplicaciones web sobre Asp. Net MVC 4. 0 o superior
  • Conocimientos en desarrollo de servicios web con WCF, WebAPI y RESTful.
  • Entorno de programación MS Visual Studio 2012 o superior
  • Base de datos: MS SQL Server
  • Desarrollo Front end sobre Html5, Javascript, jQuery3º Técnico de soporte

Requisitos

  • Experiencia de 1 año en atención al usuario

Funciones

  • Atención de consultas, solicitudes e incidencias de usuarios
  • Soporte y resolución de incidencias (nivel 1) sobre aplicaciones
  • Escalado de incidencias (nivel 2)

Valorable

  • Conocimientos técnicos de sistemas informáticos
  • Conocimientos en sector logístico portuario
  • Certificado de discapacidad
