<p><strong>Job Title : Store Keeper cum Planning Assistant</strong></p><p><strong>Location :</strong><span> Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala</span></p><p><strong>Department:</strong><span> Plant Operations / Planning & Sales Coordination</span></p><p><strong>Reporting To :</strong><span> Planning Officer / Plant Officer</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p><span>We are seeking a Store Keeper cum Planning Assistant responsible for efficient store management, dispatch planning, inventory control, and coordination with Plant, Sales, and Transport teams. The role demands strong attention to detail, operational discipline, and proficiency in SAP-based systems to ensure smooth plant and dispatch operations.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles & Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>1. Store Management</strong></p><p><span>Ensure proper accounting and maintenance of daily inward and outward movements of store consumables.</span></p><p><span>Verify and tally daily consumable stock, ensuring alignment between physical stock and system records.</span></p><p><span>Regularly update the consumable stock position to the Planning Officer.</span></p><p><span>Conduct monthly physical verification of all store items and submit reports in the prescribed format to Plant Officers.</span></p><p><strong>2. Planning and Dispatch Operations</strong></p><p><span>Track VTS movements of packed and bulk trucks and update Plant Officers daily.</span></p><p><span>Plan and schedule packed truck loads for daily dispatch operations.</span></p><p><span>Ensure adequate PDP availability in the system and immediately highlight discrepancies to Sales and Planning Officers.</span></p><p><span>Maintain accurate loading patterns in SAP for all packed trucks.</span></p><p><span>Ensure timely invoice generation, targeting less than 1-hour delay after truck loading to avoid truck idling.</span></p><p><span>Prepare and submit PDP vs Dispatch data (SO-wise) on daily and cumulative bases.</span></p><p><span>Ensure accurate reconciliation of package movements with Gate Register, SAP, and Shed Officer records.</span></p><p><span>Ensure nil ERV mismatch by following prescribed operational procedures.</span></p><p><span>Monitor daily reporting of HR and PT trucks from vendors and communicate status to Plant Officers.</span></p><p><span>Identify dispatch constraints and coordinate with Plant and Sales Officers for resolution.</span></p><p><span>Track non-upliftment cases by distributors/customers and escalate for timely corrective action.</span></p><p><span>3. Reporting and Documentation</span></p><p><span>Submit daily reports related to Planning, Sales, and Plant Operations.</span></p><p><span>Assist in preparation of the monthly stock certificate.</span></p><p><span>Prepare and maintain analytical records of ADA cylinders, DPRs, SC valves, and other materials; assist in ADA preparation.</span></p><p><span>Analyze SQC reports received from distributors and share findings with Plant and Sales Officers.</span></p><p><span>Maintain systematic filing, documentation, and record keeping of all store and planning activities.</span></p><p><span>4. Coordination and Communication</span></p><p><span>Maintain prompt, courteous communication with distributors and customers, ensuring timely complaint resolution.</span></p><p><span>Share market intelligence and field inputs received from transport personnel with Plant Officers.</span></p><p><span>5.
