You will drive B2B Food as Medicine product development and integration through delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Create and communicate B2B product roadmaps, covering near-term delivery and 1-2 year evolution, to align with business strategies.
  • Develop product plans and deliver capabilities by working with technical and non-technical partners to improve execution.
  • Maintain technical requirements, product plans, and roadmaps using Jira, Productboard, and Confluence.
  • Manage product requirements and feature enhancements through completion, including API creation, data attribute ingestion, and data exchange.
  • Oversee vendor-managed capabilities, including roadmap oversight, change requests, and QA.
  • Use data and analytics to measure and improve B2B KPIs, such as nutrition rating coverage and accuracy.
  • Maintain a groomed backlog using Agile principles and 1-N prioritization.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience bringing customer-facing technology products to market.
  • 3+ years of software development, product management, or business analyst experience in a technology business.
  • Experience with iterative product development using Agile methodologies.
  • Product management experience in B2B or B2C Healthcare, Wellness, or Nutrition solutions.
  • Experience with exchange solutions for healthcare payers, providers, or clinical associates.
  • Hands-on experience with API integration, data mapping, and data reporting for complex datasets.
  • Proven leadership in product management and experience with contract, program, or project management.
  • Ability to identify metrics and use data to drive customer and user experience decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Productboard, Jira, Mural, or Confluence.
  • Experience with Gen AI / ML.
  • Knowledge of multi-channel retail, ecommerce, food merchandising, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience with digital products supporting B2B sales lead generation.
