Role Overview Operating fully remotely from the West Coast, you will join a collaborative team of credentialing analysts, system integrators, and compliance specialists. Your primary focus will be to receive, validate, and maintain provider information within arenaxflex’s proprietary health‑plan system. You will also play a pivotal role in system integration projects, staff training, and quality‑control audits, all while adhering to strict HIPAA and Managed Care Organization (MCO) policies. Key Responsibilities Data Acquisition & Validation Receive provider demographic and contract data from external sources, verify completeness, and ensure alignment with careerzynith’s data standards. Accurate Data Entry Input provider details into the health‑plan system with a focus on speed, precision, and adherence to established formatting guidelines. Ongoing Record Maintenance Perform routine updates, corrections, and enhancements to provider profiles, reflecting changes in address, licensing, affiliations, and contract terms. Quality Assurance Audits Conduct systematic audits of provider records to identify discrepancies, resolve errors, and document corrective actions.
