We’re looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join us as an Quality Technologist (Complaint and Pre-Requisite Program (PRP) Management). In this role you’ll support complex complaint investigations, reporting and activities related to complaint management while collaborating with stakeholders to improve product quality and drive defect reduction initiatives. This role also oversee pest control governance and coordination with pest control service providers, supporting Carlsberg Excellence execution within the Quality Assurance department, and participating in PRP, Quality and Food Safety Management System and Quality Carlsberg Operating Manual (QCOM) execution.

What you’ll be doing Involve in complaint management- assist in complaint handling, liaise with stakeholder in complaint investigation (from case receiving to final report for replying to consumer and customer), participating in root cause analysis and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) management. Monitor pest control services, follow up on corrective actions, and perform trend analysis. Support hygiene audits at production lines and the canteen and contribute improvement ideas to enhance hygiene standards.

Pest control implementation in brewery and work closely with external pest control services provider. Assist in conducting Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) training (internal) Establishes in collaboration with the internal team and cross functional stakeholder by provide troubleshooting support in term of complaint and pest control aspect. Ensure sustainability of Carlsberg Excellence foundation programme (e.g 5s, PMS, Kaizen) is practiced and maintained.

Ensures the production and packaging of safe, high quality food product by adhering to quality standards, procedures and Carlsberg Operating Manual (COM) compliance, report when found any abnormalities. Monitoring production processes, maintaining equipment and ensuring compliance with quality control and food safety regulation. Follow food safety compliance e.g Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and GMP principles to prevent contamination and ensure food safety in product.

Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time. Requirements: With Bachelor Degree in Microbiology/Food Science/Food Technology/Biotechnology or equivalent. With 1 - 2 years relevant working experience in quality assurance preferably in a food manufacturing environment. Have basic knowledge in GMP, pest control, ISO 9001, HACCP and etc. Must have basic computer skills (Ms Word, Excel and PowerPoint). We regret to inform only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
