Title of Job Remote Bilingual Business Analyst (Spanish) Location REMOTE (anywhere in the US) CSI Companies is hiring a Remote Bilingual Business Analyst (Spanish) for our Fortune 100 healthcare client in Minnetonka, MN. This job can be worked from anywhere in the US as long as you have high speed internet and a distraction-free home office area. Job Summary The Remote Bilingual Business Analyst (Spanish) will be responsible for managing the translation and reproduction of member communications into multiple languages and formats, ensuring clarity and accuracy for M&R materials. You will join the team responsible for managing the Annual Enrollment materials for Medicare & Retirement (M&R). This team is collaborative, working closely to ensure high-quality translations and timely delivery of materials. It is a dynamic environment where attention to detail and effective communication are key to meeting deadlines. Pay $21+ an hour based on experience (overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate). Effective Date / Tentative Start Date Interviewing Immediately Job Duties • Manage the translation and reproduction process of member communications into multiple languages and formats • Review translated materials for accuracy, quality, and consistency • Assist in the translation and edition of various materials, ensuring all project requirements are met • Coordinate and collaborate with multiple vendors to ensure the timely production of high-quality translated materials Requirements • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Traditional Spanish • Associates Degree or higher • 2+ years of proven professional project management experience, ideally in a language or translation-related field • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and quick turnaround times • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to manage documents and track progress • A reliable high-speed internet connection (the faster the better!) • Ability to pass a background check and drug test • Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace in a room with a closed-door Highly Preferred • Large corporation experience • Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experience WHO SHOULD APPLY?
