Key Responsibilities Direct Customer Interaction Answer inbound calls on a multi‑line telephone system with professionalism and empathy. Draft clear, concise, and courteous email correspondence for both internal teams and external customers. Guide customers, dealers, and submission centers through account setup, submission processes, and service options. Provide product and service explanations, helping callers understand the benefits of careerzynith’s authentication and grading solutions. Account Management & Support Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, including product histories, submission details, and billing information.
