Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Infosys BPM is seeking to hire a Senior Director of New Business Sales to manage and expand the Infosys footprint across new client accounts in the Communications and Telecom domain. The Senior Director is responsible for opening new accounts for Infosys BPM and utilizing existing networks to cross-sell BPM services to clients.


Responsibilities

  • Hunter role with expectation to utilize existing contacts to introduce Infosys BPM to new logos
  • Business development: manage build a project portfolio, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
  • Commercial negotiations: Should understand commercial models and understand art of commercial negotiation
  • Run and manage large TCV pursuits
  • Work with Internal teams (Presales, Delivery, Transformation) to build the right solutions for the client
  • Create a sales strategy with a list of must-have accounts from a Target Account List

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • 11+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
  • Business Travel is required
  • Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa (H1B or otherwise)
  • The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face
  • Significant new business development and large deal experience in the Communications, Media Telecom sector
  • Ability to utilize extensive contact list to bring in new logo business
  • Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contact
  • Understanding of sales cycle, key influencers, budget cycles and client's bid process
  • Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
  • Ability to collaborate with internal cross functional teams for support
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to free network at events, seeking and engaging audiences at our booth and at adjacent receptions
  • Track record as a Hunter with the ability to bring new contacts and new logos with extensive connections within the domain
  • Wide variety of BPO, Technology, Management Consulting and Business Consulting engagement experience
  • Should have experience in running large deals TCV >25Mn
  • Knowledge of Communications & Telecom domain with deep domain expertise in any of the following sub verticals
  • Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers in Tech & BPO outsourcing space
  • Global Delivery Model experience. Can be based anywhere within USA. Preference for proximity to a large Infosys office (Dallas, Houston, New York, Atlanta or other)
