Our client is seeking a creative and knowledgeable Remote Fitness Program Designer to develop innovative and engaging fitness programs for a diverse global clientele. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to leverage your expertise from anywhere. You will be instrumental in crafting personalized and group fitness plans that cater to various fitness levels, goals, and preferences, ensuring optimal client engagement and results. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of exercise science, training methodologies, and motivational techniques. • Responsibilities • Design and develop comprehensive fitness programs, including workout routines, class structures, and educational content, for online delivery. Create customized fitness plans based on individual client assessments, goals, and limitations. Develop engaging and effective group fitness class formats suitable for virtual platforms. Ensure all program content adheres to current fitness industry best practices and safety guidelines. Collaborate with the marketing and technology teams to ensure seamless integration of fitness programs into the client platform. Maintain a high level of professionalism and client-focused communication. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Management, or a related field. Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM). Minimum of 5 years of experience in fitness instruction, personal training, or fitness program development. Proven ability to design effective and engaging fitness programs for diverse populations. Excellent understanding of anatomy, physiology, and exercise biomechanics. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and inspiring content. Proficiency with digital content creation tools and platforms.
