As a Key Account Manager - CPI, you will be responsible for prospecting and maintaining key accounts, exceeding sales goals, and enhancing the company's reputation through commitment and innovation. Responsibilities Product Sales (80%) – Prospect and maintain key accounts. Exceed sales goals by targeting prospects in Oil & Gas and Chemical Process Industries. Follow up on leads from field and telemarketing activities. Maintain contact with customers and respond promptly to inquiries. Introduce new products and coordinate with Product Management. Engage in prospecting to grow customer base and market share Prepare and present sales materials and attend trade shows, exhibits, and meetings. Maintain customer base, quotations, and calendar daily Prepare quotes, proposals, pricing, and review terms and conditions Take necessary actions to complete tasks and communicate with all relevant personnel Personal Development (10%) – Update knowledge of vacuum products and sales strategies through education, reading, networking, and professional organizations. Use the Learning Link Portal for growth Market Analysis (5%) – Monitor economic trends affecting the vacuum pump business. Report findings to Business Line Managers, General Manager, and Regional Sales Representatives Reporting (5%) – Prepare reports on activity, lost orders, closings, follow-up, and budget performance.
