They are seeking a Marketing Content & Event Specialist to support brand growth and drive lead generation through compelling content and strategic event execution. Responsibilities Develop and manage a strategic content calendar aligned with KR Wolfe’s growth priorities Create high-impact content including Case studies highlighting project success and client outcomes Industry-specific thought leadership (healthcare, veterinary, pharmacy, and OEM partnerships) Social media content for brand and executive visibility Website copy, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials Translate technical services (installation, integration, field service, construction, and healthcare renovation) into clear, compelling marketing narratives Partner with operations and project teams to capture real-world insights, project highlights, and success stories Support internal communications that reinforce KR Wolfe’s culture, growth, and strategic direction Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and positioning across all content Plan and execute KR Wolfe’s presence at trade shows, conferences, and industry events (e.g., healthcare, planning, design, and construction, veterinary, pharmacy, and OEM partner events) Manage all logistics including booth strategy, vendor coordination, travel, materials, and on-site execution Develop event messaging and supporting collateral aligned with target audiences and business goals Partner with sales and leadership to ensure strong pre-event planning and post-event follow-up Coordinate campaigns to drive attendance, engagement, and lead generation before and after events Track and report on event performance, including lead quality, pipeline impact, and ROI Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships Collaborate closely with business development and sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals Develop tools and materials that support lead generation and sales conversations Help position KR Wolfe’s divisions (Integration, Installation, Field Service, Construction, and Healthcare Renovation) clearly within the market Identify opportunities for co-marketing with strategic partners such as OEMs and industry organizations Support ongoing website updates and optimization efforts Assist in executing email marketing and social campaigns Schedule social media content across KR Wolfe’s social media platforms, monthly Monitor and report on content and campaign performance, using insights to improve effectiveness Contribute to broader marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and market positioning Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, content creation, and/or event management Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex or technical topics Experience coordinating trade shows or industry events end-to-end Excellent project management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams Proficiency with marketing tools (CRM, email platforms, CMS, social media) Experience in healthcare, veterinary, construction, or technical services industries Familiarity with OEM partnerships or field service-based business models Experience supporting multi-division or national service organizations Benefits Medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Opportunity for growth in a fast-paced and expanding organization Company Overview KR Wolfe is a nationwide Construction Services company, specializing in Hospitals.
